Visit the Center for Western Studies
We ask that you follow CDC guidelines during your visit. If you are unvaccinated, please wear a mask.
In an effort to educate about the diverse cultures of the Northern Plains, the Center has many artifacts and works of art on display. Come view the current gallery exhibition. Or explore exhibits on permanent and changing themes which demonstrate the range of art, artifact, and archival holdings at CWS. The Center for Western Studies is located in the Fantle Building (at 2121 S. Summit Ave.) on the Augustana University campus. Admission is free, but donations are accepted. We encourage groups to call (605.274.4007) in advance.
